OK, I realize real-estate speak is mostly gibberish, but what exactly does: "Situated in one of the last heritage properties in the downtown core" mean? What's "heritage" about a lot beside the Granville St Bridge? Is the building heritage? If it is, who cares, as they're tearing it down?!
