1. Do you have an idea of what the price range will be and square footage of the units?
2. When is construction expected to begin and when would a deposit would need to be made?
3. What are the monthly dues expected to be for the HOA per square foot?
4. Will there be one bedroom units facing the lake?
5. How many parking spots come with each unit?

Answers:
1. We’re looking at an average price per sq.ft. of $650. 2/2’s will range between 1300 - 1550 sq.ft.
2. Reservations in the Spring - April time frame, breaking ground this fall
3. Not determined yet
4. Yes, unit mix of one’s & two’s on each side of the building
5. 1 per bedroom
