Thanks. I asked because what I was hearing was that this project is still in development. Either that, or the project still needs to be fully financed before they really start. I was under the impression that the 'work' being done, now, was much the same as the work seen at the Broderick. (i.e. inspection, preliminary prep work, ect...). Not hard construction, yet.
