I believe you're right, Dale. It hasn't been like this around here for 6 years.
There are 17 towers in the pipeline for Midtown alone, with several more in Buckhead and a possible new 40 story hotel Downtown. State Farm broke ground last week on the first phase of their new regional HQ's at the Perimeter (20 stories), directly connected to the Dunwoody train station.
As I mentioned last night there is midrise infill going up all over town, but we have never seen such a massive amount of this happening simultaneously across so many sections of the city. It's pretty exciting to be here right now.
