It really sucks there is no corridor plan for Cesar/N. Pleasant Valley. The Longhorn Dam crossing is a huge bottleneck right now and it's going to get worse when Oracle opens. They need to completely re-make the Cesar/Pleasant Valley intersection as well as extend the right turn lane for Lakeshore further up Pleasant Valley to get right turning traffic out of the main lanes sooner.
