The same streetlamp base is used at least as far east in the Hollywood Hills as Rockledge Road... I'm not sure why the one in
e_r's vintage shot has that odd small globe as opposed to the common urn shape.... Anyway, I didn't know that Mayor Bowron lived in the Hills at 2158 Rockledge:
