This is also not an investors condo. Large, luxurious units are aimed at financial sector employees raking in the $. I am amazed, but condos generally have a set "sales period" in which they sell, and they won't start earlier than. Most condos sell by the end of this period, with varying degrees of timing. Places like casa 2 sell out in a day, but don't start for 6 months. Places like 88 Scott barely scrape through enough sales by the end of this period. And places like Monde have to extend their periods due to slow sales.
