I hope the market shakes off what seems like the winter doldrums. 88 Scott should have sold better, but maybe the units are too expensive.
I read recently in the Star that total home sales in Toronto in Nov. 2012 were significantly higher than in Nov., '11, which seems to fly in the face of the reported slowdown.
