^ I think residential and retail is pretty much a certainty.
I don't usually go off on flights of fantasy, but with a site this size, we should be looking forward to a design competition akin to the U of M Northlands golf course redevelopment. There's no real reason the FN's shouldn't be held to the same standards. We can demand low to mid rise (maybe even a few highrise) multi family units with street level retail and little/no setbacks along Grant and Corydon. The Casino could be at Taylor.
