Here's my list:
- Major Grocery Store Downtown
- Conversion of Cannon Knitting Mills into Residential/Commercial Uses
- Police allow Downtown Mosque to expand into empty lot
- City Traffic Department realizes need to take into account livability and walkability
- Mohawk/McMaster start up a joint art college somewhere downtown
