It is BS. They claim to employ 40,000 at their current headquarters, and that's with 20 years of explosive growth. Probably less than half of the current ones are actually highly skilled.
Unless they move their entire HQ with every employee, there won't be 50K employees anywhere else for 30 years at minimum.
