Another penthouse unit was listed yesterday for a far more reasonable price (@$2900) then the one above. https://vancouver.craigslist.org/bnc...791158317.html

The living space looks awfully small and dark. Penthouse is still a penthouse?

The bedrooms look dark too.
Probably because the windows are not full width
- i.e. due to LEED and a reduction in summer solar gain and winter heat loss.
I suppose LED light bulbs will reduce the cost of the added need for winter lighting.

And yet you see buildings in sunny climates achieve leed with full floor to ceiling windows
