Mechanical penthouse walls now poured. Just need to roof it and this 16s building is topped out.

Would expect CF to send the concrete crew downtown to Centro site.

Podium level exterior stone already being installed. All the windows are now in upto 14 floor.

Stone exterior for podium now installed. Nearly done installing the windows and balcony doors for the 15 and 16th floors.

Completed the 15th and 16th floor windows and balcony door installation. The cooling unit has also been installed on the roof. Should be weather tight now and interior rough in and finishing should progress over the coming months. Exterior concrete finishing should be starting soon.

Old Oaks has taken down the tower crane today.

Prepping for the landscaping and driveway, sidewalks now. Site cleanup is starting on the east and north sides. The south side still has the construction elevator and is being used to deliver materials.

Walkways and curbs now poured. Fencing on the east side is now installed and some grading for topsoil and landscaping.
