Forming for the ground floor walls has started in the NE corner. Forming for the ground floor slab in the SE corner is now up and steel rebar is being installed. Should see the SE corner ground floor slab poured before the holiday break.

They have now poured the SE corner ground floor concrete slab. Forming is now up for the ground floor elevator/stairwell shaft in the NE corner. Excavator and dump trucks continue to dig our the pit in the NW corner of property. Appears that the one level of underground parking will cover the entire property while the building itself will be L shaped along the south and east side of the lot.

They have now poured some of the NE corner ground floor walls and posts and are officially above ground on this 17s project. The remaining foundation and L1 level will likely take a couple of months to complete but they will likely have the ground floor walls and posts for this L shaped podium base completed at the same time.

They were pouring the L1 slab section along the south wing today. The grading and crushed stone for the SW corner end of the south wing is now in place. Likely installing the water membrane and steel rebar next week for that section to be poured. Forming for the ground floor slab progressing behind this area. Ground floor walls and post forming and pouring is also progressing along the north wing fronting onto Wonderland Rd.

They have now poured the L1 floor slab to the SW corner and have also poured another section of ground floor slab along the south side. Forming now going up for the ground floor slab thru to the SW corner. Making progress with forming ground floor walls and posts in the SE corner where the tower will be. And have forming started for the 2nd floor slab in the NE corner. A lot of work left to finish the L1 foundation level on the NW corner of the pit. Not clear where the parking entrance and ramp will be located as they haven't got to that section as of yet.

It looks like they may have now pour the NE corner 2nd floor slab section now. Have made some progress with the ground floor wall and post pouring in the SE corner. Have now got the steel rebar started for the ground floor slab in the SW corner and grading started along the west wall for the L1 floor.

They have now poured some of the 2nd floor walls and posts on the north wing podium base. Nearly done forming the remaining ground floor walls and posts. Have poured the ground floor slab in the SW corner and have made progress backfilling the foundation L1 walls.

Pouring another section of the ground floor slab today along the west end of the pit. Excavator was digging out the dirt ramp along the north side to complete the pit excavation. The 2nd floor walls and posts are being formed now in the SE corner of the building.

They have now poured the L1 floor in the NW corner of the pit. Still working on forming the 2nd floor walls and posts in the SE corner and forming for the 2nd floor slab in the west wing of the podium.

Working on forming another section of the ground slab along the west end of pit. Have also now poured the walls for the parking ramp in the middle of the north side and have the entire L1 level excavated now. Forming is now up for all the 2nd floor slab on the west wing and the 3rd floor slab on the north wing of the podium.
