Kind of long overdue so lets get this up and running.

I have no idea what is going in my hometown metro anymore.

About 15 million square feet currently under construction in DC, MD, and NoVA. That will be quit a list if anyone puts it down

Marc, I dont care about the standard office park stuff being built, everywhere has that. Im talking about more urban development, like the Ballston-Rossyln Corridor, Bethesda, DC etc.

There was a good post here about 3 months ago which listed high rises going up in Silver Spring and Rockville(N. Bethesda) around the new conference center. It was pretty detailed. I'm not sure if there is a way to locate older posts?

For the District of Columbia itself go here. The linked report includes info on most of the substantial projects in DC proper.

I also posted a thread with major suburban projects many months ago, but as that seems to have been pruned, go here. That's just for big master plans, TODs and stuff like that. No individual buildings. Unfortunately I don't know of a single place where you can find a lot of info about single buildings in ther 'burbs. There's just too much going on. This thread, however, gives you info on one prominent skyscraper in Rosslyn.

Yeah, but that much wasn't *destroyed* in Washington 5 years ago. Not to get into a pissing match, but what's going on in Lower Manhattan is a special case.
