Arrow A Night in Centennial Park: 8/27/2008

Once again, I ventured out to do a nighttime photo shoot, in and around Downtown Atlanta's oasis of green, Centennial Olympic Park.

Enjoy!

Crum & Forster Building @ 771 Spring Street (under threat of demolition by Georgia Tech)

AT&T Center and Bank of America Plaza from The Varsity

Shifting the tripod right to include One Georgia Center

The Varsity

Centennial Olympic Park (nee Techwood) Drive, deserted

Allen Plaza from Centennial Place

The World of Coke

Baker Street in front of the Aquarium

CNN Center and Omni Hotel

Midtown from Centennial Park

Statue of Pierre de Coubertin (founder of the modern Olympics)

Georgia-Pacific Tower and Equitable Building, Atlanta's SOM jewels

Shifting North: Westin Peachtree Plaza and 191 Peachtree

SunTrust Plaza

View of Downtown from the Park

Statue of Billy Payne (the guy who brought the Olympics to Atlanta)

Site of the Centennial Olympic Park bombing on July 27, 1996 that killed two people

The glow is kind of eerie actually...

"Faster, Higher, Stronger" Statue on the east side of the Park

America's Mart skywalks over Spring Street

Vacant lot near West Peachtree Street and North Avenue

THE END (for now)
