The Big City Of Bearbrasse!

Here is a new city, after my old one (not that old) didn't really work.
This city was inspired by: La courte by Aleks, World Capital Project by Jhoward, City project by Tolbert and Scottsburg by Teras. I would like to thanks all of you for inspiring me. Also, the crane I use is by Wloclawek. A very good crane, I must say.

YAy.

Located in the Western Port, Victoria, Australia, this city gets a lot of its money from tourism and mining.

Here is an overview of the city:

Here they are! The cranes have arrived to build some of the piers and marinas.

I hope you all like my second city. Please bear in mind that I am only 12 years old. So don't be too rude.

Ive redesigned the proposed FreshWater Place Complex. The North tower is now 85 meters tall, and the South is 45 meters tall to roof and 50 meters tall to the tip of its spires. Also, the bear bank building has had a height change, after people complaining that there was not enough space. It's now 58 meters to roof (its actually smaller now ) and is 65 meters to the tip of it's spires. In fact, the Bear Bank Building has also had a name change! After people complaining that there was not enough space for a bank, the bank will be built in a new, future building, and the original building will be renamed the Beachy Beachanator Center. I'd like some suggestions for names lol.

Heres a top down view of the North tower

Yeah actually probably not. I don't really like texturing my models, not because i don't want them to be realistic but because i cringe whenever i see a texture repeating. ARGHH DERWIN!!! Repeating textures give me NIGHTMARES! It will be coloured though. The brown models are propositions. After i write down the proportions, I delete them and start construction.

Hi Wibblywobbly, nice to see you single handedly injecting new blood into what was a dying forum. Your latest design -Freshwater place north - is your best design so far, nice job.

I have a few constructive criticism's. I would advise maybe filling some of the blocks with more lower rise density buildings, right up the the sidewalks. This helps the realism, as so far there is a lot of empty space around your buildings. You could even create a sidewalk by scaling the blocks in slighty from the road. Maybe add a road colour/texture too. Finally its always good to consider street level details as well, lamposts, trees etc. Anyway just some thoughts, keep up the good work.
