For a city it's size, it's core has much more potential than shown. Dense and interesting archetechture to boot.
Suburban sprawllllllll in the region reminds me tremendously of Ottawa or Missisauga for some reason. LRT however will make it look snazzy once implemented.
This would have made for a great downtown mall if it stayed successful but alike most others (not all) in the province, the suburbs sucked the life out of them.
I always wondered about that too...Honest Lawyer is a good place to go for a brew but...I dunno if it deserves to be slapped on the side of a building. Unless it's perhaps the largest tenant...
