just so everyone knows: 2SB now actually has it leads tenant in: PriceWaterhouseCoopers, we're just awaiting the signage spam (big void facing Eureka will be a massive PWC logo).

STill though, I remember 3 years ago thinking that it seemed like it was a long way off until the first one of the new big bitches was complete
