Very nice photos, captures the scale of everything there.
I like the development a lot. Was there yesterday afternoon and the food options there are fairly decent. Reux Cafe and Bar, Pho 68, Kinton Ramen, Sushi Street and Rice and Noodle are fairly good. The Save On Foods is now more central. TD is going to eventually shutdown their branch at 104th Avenue and KGB, and has branched out to Gateway Stn and King George Stn. My only gripe is that chains like Subway, Tim Hortons, The Chopped Leaf and Pita Pit continue to exist. Disgusting trash food but I guess there's a market for it in this region.
Really hope the City and developers take a page from the Amazing Brentwood and go with that idea for Surrey Central. The mall is too uninspiring, boring and small and really lacks many retailers and amenities. I know Guildford is 10 minutes away but I suspect a denser core population in "Central Surrey" may necessitate another shopping hub in the near future.
