You have to admit this is *almost* like the fifth and bank development. Sure there's a break between the Preston frontage and this building. But those buildings on Preston were always just cheap houses anyways, they wouldn't survive construction the way the brick row-buildings on Bank have.

Densifying the sketchy side-streets along Preston is a perfect use of space, IMO. More of this!

The interiors look like they might be finished - at least what I could see from the street a few weeks ago. They've also put up pricing and floor plans https://www.93norman.com/rates-and-floorplans.html
