^^^Yes. M2 Development has some major financial (and legal) issues. They were forced to sell their land for the Nashville Ritz and are being sued for millions in unpaid expenses.

Meh. That spot could use some better architecture anyway. The height was nice but the design was not, IMO.

Maybe need a 1023' building there so we can have a new plateau

In my day, the plateau was a paltry 300 feet, and half of that was parking! AND WE LIKED IT
