Would likely be different from the Fane Tower hoopla because it is not going to be challenged by a NIMBY committee that had a stronghold on still-undeveloped reclaimed land from a highway move over 15 years ago. Plus it's significantly shorter.

any new highrise for Providence is a big deal. The skyline has been static for longer than I can remember.

If I read it correctly it's 326' from Aborn Street. You can also see height diagrams near the end that show the 300' doesn't include the top 2 floors that make up the crown.
