Its quite literally not the same city I visited in 1985. Then, it was locked in time to the 1940s. There were about two high rises in the entire city. I'll post pics when I have a new scanner.

i'm amazed at how clean this city appears to be. I've seen a few subway shots in the past, i think, and the stations and trains were absolutely spotless.
