Structural Features

- Continuous reinforced concrete mat

- Reinforced concrete retaining walls at basement

- Reinforced concrete shear wall system.

- Wind Tunnel Testing for design of lateral load resisting system.


- Tower structure is reinforced with shock absorbing dampers at mechanical levels.
