on Sundays and after six on Saturday its free!! well street parking. i saw a HUGE above ground parking structure in Spokane. it was between 15-20 floors!!
my guess is that its cheap because if its owned by the same company then they could cut costs to get more costumers. my point is that why doesn't anybody make such HUGE parking structures here in Seattle?
