Western District Photos

The western shores of Hong Kong Island is home to a lot of old buildings, as it is the original colonial settlement back over a hundred years ago. The buildings aren't as old as the colony itself though, but there certainly is a lot of grit.









Meanwhile, redevelopments continue, and are expected to continue as a subway extension is coming.


But then, the tram rules around this part of town.




















The water is never too far away.
