Cities with statues of guys on horses

Quote:
Does your city have a statue of a guy on a horse? All good cities have statues of guys on horses.
this thread's long overdue. bonus points if you can name the guy on the horse and why he got not just a statue, but a statue of him on a horse. pics by me:

Baltimore - there's two that i saw

Charlottesville, VA

General Thomas "Stonewall" Jackson; mortally wounded about an hour away during his brilliant victory at Chancellorsville

Richmond, VA

i know of 4, although only 2 are pictured (the others are Generals Stonewall Jackson and J.E.B. Stuart)

George Washington

General Robert E. Lee

New Orleans

General (and later President) Andrew Jackson - he kicked the British army's ass here...two weeks after they'd already lost. so badass that a song was also made about it

Columbia, SC

General and Governor Wade Hampton - first post-reconstruction governor and noted for his chivalry; he captured a Union soldier who was bathing in a river, but he let him go, keeping only his uniform. the soldier promised to name his son after Hampton. Hampton met the boy named after him years later in D.C.

there's also these guys on the other side of the river in West Columbia

Washington, D.C.

there's others, but the only one i have a photo of is General Sherman; not as chivalrous as Hampton as shown by his infamous "march to the sea," where he had his troops destroy everything in their path, including the cities of Columbia and Atlanta

Glasgow, Scotland

Edinburgh, Scotland

Austin, Texas

Oklahoma City

Leeds, England

Knoxville, Tennessee

London, England

a horseguy (centaur)

Queen Boudica - led a revolt against the Romans

Durham, England

Paris

Campus martius park in Detroit has a civil war monument, and a guy is on a horse.

San Diego has one at Balboa Park, but I wouldn't be able to tell you who it was, or what the horse's name was either.

The Statue of Saint Louis was the symbol of the city before the Arch was built. Even today, this image appears on official city vehicles and paperwork:
