Height restricion and Zoning in Ottawa...

I'm sure this has been asked/coverd a thousand times or more on here already, but I can't seem to find out just what height restrictions are in place in Ottawa. I did a search on here, as well as online at the City Hall websites, and came up without a height/number.

I'm guessing nothing can be over 35 storey's yet, as I don't know there being anything that tall or taller...

My appologies if this is another repost!
