I think this has been posted here before also. It looks a lot more functional than that other building in Bilbao:

WOW! That orange arena is amazing! Such great colors, amazing architecture. How was I not aware of this building before? Any pictures of the building while it's in use?

The outer faceted shell servers no purpose but to increase surface area and make this building extremely ugly. Without the shell, the building could be a handsome modernist structure.

Also there are like 20 pictures of each building (too many) - it took about 7 minutes to load this page on what passes for broadband in my location.

The Void looks awesome. Great way of adding color to an atrium. If I was there I would do something stupid like try to slide down the tubes.
