Anyone have any price info, sales percentage on the first tower for this? Just looking at options if my Arriva 42 deposit is refunded next month and I do like the look of this building so far.

I will try to get into the sales center, but currently working 7 days a week 10 hours a day, making it a bit hard.

I know back when Gateway Midtown went south they ran an ad offering to honour purchasers deposits in their remaining units for tower 1. I think they may have been around 70% sold at that time. Nothing on the website for pricing though: www.nueraliving.ca

According to the 2009 BUSS report here are some stats for Nuera 1:

-Unit sizes: 628-1165 sq.ft
-81% sold
-price per square foot: $515-$700
-1 bedroom: $323,900 - $437,000
-1 bedroom: + den $550,000+
-2 bedroom: $405,900 - $594,000

Maybe by the next "cycle", NeuraII will get "jacked-up" to 44 or so floors! A nice thought!

This project, like Colours did, just ups the ante for all others, but it's still such a shame there is so much brick on the podium on this one. It screams a need for black granite tile like Castello has on it's podium.

I quite like this project. It feels unique to me and what not and will be happy to see it completed.

Update picture for June 12, 2009. By the count of the construction elevator markings the top floor is 32.

Thanks Bigtime

I am interested in seeing how close they are to buttoning up the top floors, any pictures you are able to post showing the upper floors are appreciated.

I'm out of town until the 19th, but I will get some update shots as soon as possible after that.

As of yesterday they only had clear glass on about the first two levels that will get it.
