BIRMINGHAM, England | Regal Tower | 201m / 660ft | 56 floors o/g

Not a "Super tall", but a big tower for an English city.

Construction starts next year and will be completed in 2013. At 201 metres tall and 56 floors above ground level, it will be the tallest building outside London in the UK.

The building will have a sky restaurant, 122 apartments, conference facilities and an hotel. Rumours in Birmingham are that it will be a high class hotel, possibly a Jumeirah.

This image below shows the southern half of Birmingham City Centre, and Regal Tower will be in the centre.
