Gives Fifth Avenue in that area a more "canyonlike' feel, something you don't usually get around the ESB.

Yeah, this one has been topped out for a while now. Though I like the tower a lot more now than I did from just viewing the renderings, I'm still not sure how much I'll like the crown. Waiting to see how that turns out.
