On weather-related topics... has anyone else noticed their power flickering a lot more often this winter than normal?

Living in a new area our power has been pretty damned solid, until this winter. Now it seems like every storm that blows through gives us a strobe light show in the evening. Is Calgary's power grid starting to show some weakness or is this just my area?
Same at my place in Varsity. A little annoying at times
