Unknown buildings in Shanghai - help?

Hello all,

Can anybody with the knowledgeable identify these following Shanghai buildings – I can not locate them on the skyscraper diagrams (but they maybe there of course).

Both are near Jing'an Temple (静安寺), Jing'an District (静安区):



Not sure if help is possible with this one:



And this building on the left, close to the Haitong Securities Building (海通证券大厦), Huangpu District (黄浦区):
