i went to an afternoon cardinals game with the family on the 4th of july. now,
i'm not the hugest fan of watching professional sports, so I ducked out before
the game started and walked around taking pictures. don't worry, i got back in
time to do the wave and watch the last couple of innings (we trounced the
brewers that day if i remember correctly). the plan was to go down to the
fair afterwards and watch the B-52's (about which i was really excited),
but of course that was ruined by a family "emergency" so i didn't see them.
fortunately, i was at least able to get back downtown in time to watch the
fireworks. unfortunately, my fireworkds pictures are always crap so i didn't
