I think it looks a lot better than that original image. Not nearly so bland anymore. That being said, it still doesn't match up to some of the other options they decided against.

The construction fence is up and some heavy machinery was on site moving around today!

This one is going to move fast with construction in order to meet the stimulus grants.

Hopefully I can snap some pictures tomorrow...

/\ because Cooper was the only firm (being a design/build firm) that had their engineers there and signed off on the drawings saying it could be build, etc. Because the federal funding was time sensitive, they pulled the trigger on what was ready to go. Cooper was, the others were not.
