There are currently 82 towers proposed or under construction that are marked on the Dubai skyscraper map. Have a look -

There are two distinct clusters of development activity. One around SZ Road/Business Bay and the other at Dubai Marina/Jumeirah Lake. Pan around the map to see them all.
