MELBOURNE | Grollo Tower | 1,837 FT / 560 M | 113 FLOORS | NEVER BUILT

This mixed use tower was also proposed as the original design for the Burj Dubai, currently under construction in the United Arab Emirates.

It definitely isn't a bad looking tower. I just feel that it would have been very out of place in Melbourne.

one of the many super tall buildings proposed for Australian cities from 1985-95.

If it was built, it would've been the tallest building at that time but it was HUGE, it would've dwarfed all other buildings around them.

Very classy design. Very out of place. It would have been the T101 of its day.
