wow. would really be nice to see more retail push along that direction, but it's not really union square at that point. i wonder if they considered mid-market, i'd guess not, considering that the sex-shop on skid row is a trope they'd likely prefer to avoid.
lots of news. so the burning man permanent office has a great mid-market space. and there are two great new restos coming in around market and 6th, including the second outlet of pearl deluxe burger. looks like the pending arrival of twitter is already pushing things forward.
