Embassy Condominiums in Phoenix

Does anyone know about the Embassy Condominiums at McKinley and 4th Ave.? There are some very inexpensive units for sale. Is there something wrong with the building? Are the assessments expensive/HOA bankrupt? Is it mostly empty?

It seems like it'd be a great investment property but the prices seem really low which makes me skeptical.

Does anyone know if the Lofts at McKinley Senior Housing is going to be market rate? Anyone have any details on that?

Edit: Looks like it will be low income housing - http://www.azcentral.com/business/ab...ments0707.html
