It was 225 if I'm not mistaken. I remember becuase it was the same sq/f as my bauer unit. Not surprised they up'd the price now that they started it. Should only be a year and a half wait now. Compared to 3+

tons of action at the site now. shoring and excavating are working in parallel and the shoring is actually ahead of the 8 week timeline (due to good weather)

Fantastic news! It's too bad the excavation took twice the 8 week timeline they had originally planned.

Pictures taken today by me Nov 29, 2009. Sorry the shots are not the greatest there were a few of the workers around and I didn't want people asking questions, which I thought was odd beacuse it was early on a Sunday morning.

EDIT: I see the problem. It appears SSP has banned using Wonderful Waterloo (when typed together w/o a space) as part of a URL. Every time I enter it (or the URL for the pictures) it automatically deletes itself. Here it is via imgur:

I've got a couple of problems with this building. First, the spandrell colour. Second, why the step up to access the ground floor retail? Not necessary! I'd much rather see it flush with the sidewalk.

Other than that I love it and what it brings to uptown. This should be the standard for what mid rise buildings in Waterloo Region are.

Let me rephrase that. the42, Red Condos or this project I saw over in the Ottawa section should be the standard haha

Yup, very unhappy with the result of the spandrel used on the42. The robin's egg blue colour is terrible. Otherwise, the project is a great form and standard for the area.
