That's pretty neat! But I would honestly take what we have now over those scattered tall towers. Plus the expanded Place Bell looks like the Ryugyong Hotel in North Korea! Tall towers closer together would look cool though.
There wasn't much method to that madness to be honest. I simply extended the ones that were most easily clone-able in the 10 minutes I allocated to the task. It does look pretty absurd.
