All in all I would say not bad. Considering that pretty much all costs went right back into the BC Economy it sounds like we did pretty good. Now everyone who adds in the entirety of the S2S Hwy upgrades, Convention Centre and Canada Line to come up with the $7B cost figure isn't going to be satisfied, but over a year later nobody but Malcolm Johnston is question the efficacy of these pieces of infrastructure over the long term.
