Most of the lit up towers seem to be U/C and the completed ones are really dark. I wonder if this shot was taken really late at night of if those buildings are just really empty. I hope more people begin to fill up these towers because it'll be a great night-life destination. And now that the Metro is open hopefully more life will come to the streets.

Most of the completed and occupied buildings in JLT have a fair few lights on (not 100% occupied but still, a good number). Ones which have no lights or maybe just one or two are towers which are topped out but not handed over.

Are there people in Dubai? I never see anyone at street level in these photos.

I'd love to have something like this in NYC, one of the most professional looking buildings in Dubai (and enhances Dubai).
