Yikes.

I just opened the window because it was too stuffy and hot in my house...

It's been in the 60's and 70's here in the DC area the past week!
I need an excuse to wear at least a sweatshirt, mother nature. Stop slacking on us weaklings down here!

I want it to stay warmer than normal, at least until June, at which point the temperature can drop below normal until September.

For me at least, 90+ degrees in and of itself isn't that bad. But 90 degrees with 65% humidity, that's hell.

It's humidity that freezes in the air (the frost that was seen clinging to the trees).

Never seen frost sticking to trees like that. Or ice for that matter, the two years I lived in Brooklyn they never had an "ice storm" maybe that doesn't really happen in NYC. I know that New England gets it and even sometimes in the South East like Atlanta...

Beautiful scenes. It's practically been a winter-less winter here in NJ/NY. Could use some more snowy scenes around here.

Thanks for these pictures of Winter there!

It´s nice to see a white and frozen landscape by Winter. Wonderful views!

Congrats and greetings from Madrid, Spain, with a mild and dry winter here.

Terrific pics. Hoar frost is beautiful. I remember years ago, my brother (then age 6 or 7) got into trouble at school when he referred to it innocently as "whore frost"!
