This area desperately needs something other than glass. Red brick, a warm stone like Scotia Plaza, brushed metal, etc. I'd even take limestone at this juncture. No more bloody glass, for God's sake.

I couldn't agree more. The FAD condo proposal gives me hope though.

Trump's another story. It's essentially two buildings stacked on one another. One is complete however, the other one is far from being hard hat free.
