Yeah, the 20 floor component is the hole on the corner of Lambert-Closse (phase 3)

why bother naming the phases if construction is occurring concurrently?

anyway though, thanks for the photos, i haven't been home in almost 2 months and this is probably the one i'm following most closely from afar.

En général, je suis sceptique sur ce que raconte ce gars, mais là, on dirait que les 2 ou 3 blocs aux alentours ont besoin d'un petit coup de frais en effet...

^les nimbies sont pas vraiment le problème ici. il n'y a pas vraiment de demande pour des tours à bureaux de 200m depuis plusieurs années.

It's not world-class architecture, but it definitely is leaps and bounds ahead of other high-rises in the area.

The Seville is a smash hit in my book, unassuming, typical Montreal-style use of black and yellow brick, Adonis at street level. Once the Honda dealership and the former Omer Desere give way to 14 and 15 storey condos as in planned, this area will finally regain some respectability.
