So I started this thread almost 3 years ago.. and yet construction hasn't yet started?

According to the website, 'Construction Starts Soon'

Just an update on this project. The cranes are up and they are currently working on the 2nd floor.

They've topped the building off. I was at the Harvey's across the street from there yesterday watching them work while I ate and they are moving along with completion fairly quickly now. Most of the fascade is up and they are doing alot of the interior work now.
