It's a relatively young city and still has alot going for it in the future.

- The geography here is almost unmatched. I can't name many places in the world that have mountains, deserts, and beaches. Having Joshua Tree, Laguna, and Baldy is an embarrassment of riches.

- Great weather allows me to enjoy all of the above year-round.

- The populace is incredibly diverse. I interact with people from around the world daily, and that's just at work.

- The laid back attitude is refreshing.

- There is always something fun or exciting to do. New restaurants, bars, clubs, shows, etc spring up around the metro constantly and it's impossible to keep up with.

- LA has it's own identity. It doesn't look like anywhere else, it doesn't act like anyone else, and it doesn't try to be anywhere else.
